So since Peter had the lightning power when we first met him in Ireland in the box, we know that he and VM have met before. But he didn't have it last season, meaning I think he met VM during the 4 months between seasons that we haven't learned about yet. AND she's responsible for him being in that box, esp since that's the first place she went looking for him.
Very astute observation by Ms. Caryn. I'd like to point out that in the beginning of the episode they had a very quick clip of the Haitian and HRG in Montreal (when he was yelling at Mohinder for bringing his and Parkman's daughter to the Company) and you've gotta think that when Peter goes this is going to be where HRG dies as predicted in the painting. Perhaps Claire will be flown there by a certain high school boyfriend and she will be excited to meet Peter, who will not recognize her. Or perhaps Claire will help jog Peter's memory.

Lawrence - I think in last week's ep, the Haitian told HRG that they have to go to the Ukraine, so I believe that it where they were this week, not in Montreal. Wonder what's going on there!
