Strong start, moves a little slow at times, but by now we are committed to riding it out to figure out what happened!! only 8 days til the present!

02:00 - where's patty headed? i have no idea. Did patty kill anyone? i have no idea? how does froisher play into it? i have no idea? what did patty and ellen do right before that they regretted? i have no idea. It's all questions still, and no nuts have fallen from the trees yet.

04:00 - the seating arrangement for the wedding is more complicated than he bar exam apparently. good news for us says i!

04:30 - attempted nuts: patty is gonna ask ellen to come back! ellen wil say no... for now...

06:00 - ellens giving patty the silent treatment. showing her power. and she doesnt want her old job back. nut!

08:00 - caryn and i have some contiuity timing issues, but whatevs.

09:00 ray fisk's wife appears for the first time. will she play a role this ep or in future ones. i predict so, otherwise this scene is wasting my time. by the way it turned out last ep that ray was in the closet and had a thing for gregory molina, which explains why he helped him previously and is sad he got nutted, if you will. all that said, im not really interested in this subplot.

12:00 wtf is this guy in ellens apt for patty? it makes no sense. i have nothing. caryn predicts a bugging.

13:00 patty is skipping a lot of mesages- she jsut heard ellens in jail. and she looked SURPRISED! and we get the big TWIST! it wasnt patty who was behind it apparently. although the blood on ehr shoe means she was involved in something else (a fight with ellen?) but not the david thing. i shoulda nutted that ><

18:00 - caryn nutted the fastforward, and we ot the fake police pullign over somebody else. cliche.

19:00 - Ellens tricky Sawgrass questioning. and it becomes apparent why we got those ray fisk scenes. easy nut here (even caryn got it) - sec guy is gonna deliver Fisk to ellen and patty.

21:00 - GARDEN GNOMES! highlight of the ep? i totally didnt predict that as the present.

26:00 - so moore and fisk wanan rat eachother our. who will frobisher trust?

27:00 - ellen waiting for moore. he's not there. apparently trust wont be an issue, moore is nutted.

28:00 - and there it is! rip moorey.

34:00 - fast forward nut by caryn. oh ellen still got documents to use against fisk for insider trading.

36:00 - lol ray getting semi-canned by his law firm by the young upstart. poor old ray.

39:00 - patty wants ray to tank the case in court. blackmailing him for the insider training. accusing him of being resposible for gregory's death. i see soem real ethics issues here. Better go see Goby Tolick and Baris Paldacci.

40:00 - caryn nuts the mysterious letter that ray was opening. it was from gregory, apparently before he got nutted himself. caryn paused ot read the letter - greg told him about the video tape. what will he do!!!

42:00 - who sent the lingerie. i nutted it as psycho girl. so obvi. caryn thinks it doesnt count bc i didnt type it in here, but it all happened so fast i didnt ahve time. i totally thought it. so it counts too.

43:00 let me say now thta i will be really sad if psycho girl killed david, having nothing to do with actual theme and plot of show. it cant be. in fact, let me make a nut prediction right now, and this is a good one - lyla (psycho girl) caused hte fight that led ellen to leave the ring. but she hadnt broken up with david. we onnly thought that b/c lyla told us. the thing that patty and ellen were talking about last week (did they go to far?) was about something they did to david/lyla to try to get lyla to stop. it in turn caused the fight between ellen and david. so anyway, this would be my first real quality nut of the season right here i tink

44:00 - caryn ntus it as the sister, not lyla in the shadows outside the building after the flashback/forward to the leaving of the engagement ring. small points for her. wtf is she doing there? wanting to give gregory's tape to david/ellen? uh oh - another great nut inc -> she gives david/ellen the tape. the murder who kills davis was coming for the tape!!! and he knew how tho? teh apartment was bugged? but that was patty who did that, not frobisher? patty wanted the tape? or was tha tguy really for frobisher. maybe it was for frobisher and he wanted hte tape. but, perhaps patty wanted the tape, bc she WANTS TO GO TO TRIAL (she doesnt want the tape out now and settlement)! but she didnt mean for david to be killed and ellen to be jailed (hence her surprise earlier when she listned to jimmy cooper's message)

47:00 - caryn claims that the tivo broke and thats why its not stopping, but it goes in the record book as a missed double fastforward. i just got hit with the remote. it really was broke, we had to turn the tv on and off.

51:00 - poor guilt riddled ray fisk, this is what happens when you sell your soul for your job. beware, mike.

53:00 - what's over, ray? what? he fully confesses? how many more eps do we have left? i would predict a full confession to everything he can. although ethics and attny-client privlege stop him from helping patty too much. i bet shes gonna be disappointed. [insert caryn's alleged suicide prediction here]

55:00 - ellen is home. and lyla is in the apt. but ellen didnt find her.

58:00 - will ray accept? i was gonna say no. but he jsut said ok. hmm.

59:00 - caryn with a possible great nut - did ray jsut tape record that blackmail conversation?

60:00 - not quite caryn. suicide! in the office in front of patty, with some harsh parting words. caryn insists she predicted a possible suicide during ray's "it's over" conversation . maybe, i dont remember though.

2 eps left. Thsi one was good, and it looks liek a strong ending inc. Previews show patty and ellen tlaking about hte tape. could be a successful part-nut!! still unsure on what patty and ellen did that ellen regrets. im uncertain on my lyla prediction, caryn thinks its just that so many people died. im not persuaded by that. its also clear that frobishers learns fo the tape and needs to get it back. at this point, surely the tape is why david dies?

ending note: laptop keyboards are too small. and i need to fix my 'n' key.
