A couple of things: the blood vomiting was disgusting because it was chunky! ew.
Also, no mocking McDreamy's speech: "I want to grow to be 110 and then die in your arms..." women ages 18-35 all across american simultaneously melted.
Meredith is an idiot. When a beautiful brain surgeon uses lovisms like that, you don't continue to be all broken. Even though he did dump you as soon as his leggy ex-wife came back in season 2...
Callie, the zaftig otho surgeon would have kicked little Izzy's ass, trailer park or not...
Really, though, she should have kicked George's ass.
And a question--why is Alex such a dick to George? It's not just that he's a dick, he has no respect for him for no reason...I don't get it!
