11/19/07 HIMYM

Disasters everywhere.

1) i broke the window.

2) the Tivo didnt tape Heroes. b/c of a conflict with The Hills at 10! except, when caryn and i tried to set Weeds to tape at 10, it told us there was a conflict with Heroes and Samantha Who! SO IT LIED!!! what a giant pos this dvr is. timewarner sucks donkeyballs.

3) cool pie fact - the first pies wre invented in egypt

4) nut of the show - caryn nutted that ted and robin were gonna nut.

5) after setting Heroes to tape (we will miss the first 15minutes - lets hope that was Twins Time), we had to reestablish our spot partway through HIMYM.

Bob insults:
- he was there at the first thanksgiving
- noah gave him shotgun in the ark
- ted's an architect, but bob invented fire

I voted for the Noah insult, but the crowd preferred the firts thanksgiving. as ted and robin screamed at eachother prenut - selina whispered a 5-4-3-2-1 countdown in my ear, nutting the exact moment of the kiss!

5 cont'd) THE TIVO WOULD NOT STOP. we fastforwarded, rewinded. but everyitme we hit play, it jumped to the 30th minute of the episode. EVERY TIME. in the end, we had to start watching HIMYM again, FROM THE BEGINNING. Timewarner can eat my balls.

6) caryn was just telling everyone about the "christmas log" she baked at her class. I informed the group that it didnt look so much like a log log, as a deuce log. laughter all around!

7) HIMYM is back, and we cant pause b/c we dont want to risk it. to the show!

8) great catch by caryn - "i hear something burning" - robin.

9) i love bob.

10) rachel tried to call a 2nd ted-robin nutting, but appears to have failed.

11) im totally gonna start doing this major-colonel-general thing.
