Oct 12, 2007 Friday Night Lights

FNL took a beating this past week for the Landry-Tyra plot and its ridiculousness. Let's hope they pull it off and the show contiues to to excel (critically. ratingswise, its being euthanized in a friday night time slot)

1:00 - we had Lasaga delivered. everything went ok. my baked ziti with sweet italia sausage is delicious. and we got italian bread. we have a plate of olive oil and a container of different spice blends to add to it. very delicious.

2:00 - how on earth did landry's watch fall off wit hthe dead guy? makes no sense. oy.

3:00- spoke too soon, caryn's lasagna is missing zuchinni. $1 down the drain. im jsut too exhausted to complain anymore.

3:30 - Disney commercial. caryns day brightens. she went to the Brox Zoo today. i wasnt invited, b/c it was a "girls trip." lame. i wanted to see the gorillas.

7:00 - this player is gettign suspended for taking money from agents. he was at a JT show. and the coaches are like "you were stupid enough to be at a JT show with an agent." and the player says "step off, that little white boy got soul." caryn: "its true, he does". now is a godo tiem to point out my Pledge Name was Timberlake. b/c i have soul too.

10:00 - this scene with mrs coach and the science teacher on guidance counselling is hilarious. she should have won something.

12:00 - i actually feel bad for buddy garrity. they're taking away the football from him.

13:00 - i know julie is yougn and confused. but shes treating matt like dirt :(

13:30 - i have mxed feelings on lyla the religious zealot. Basically, she's on tv and i think she looks like a total loon.

14:00 - why on earth did landry join the football team? it does not make sense for his character. i assume hes trying to impress Tyra.

15:00 - actor nut: Landry's dad is Aaron the Secret Service agent from 24. and he totally could be Landry's dad.

16:00 - prediction - street heads or mexico to see experimental stem cell guy.

23:00 - prediction - julie will leave matt for The Swede. may only be temporary. but, julie will hook up with TS, and she will breakup with matt.

24:00 - TS is such a tool.

26:00 - Matt is the QB1 who won the state championship last year. He shoudl screw julie (figuratively) and start screwing other chicks (literally)

30:00 - lol landry has his ownn rally girl.

36:00 - Coach's dot suspend Antoine speech was great. I'll predict that he doesnt get suspended.

40:00 - the new healthcare woman taking care of Matt's gramma is awesome.

41:00 - she finds matt's porn under his bed, then says "havent you heard of the internet?"

41:30 - matt and this chick may hook up eventually. I'll leave it as "may' for now. buts its defiitely possible. she's a real firecracker!

42:00 - Antoine is only suspeded for 3 games. Let's call that a half-nut.

43:00 - Julie is gonna skip the pep rally to hang out with TS, im positive.

45:00 - well julie just kissed ths TS after he dropped her off at the pep rally. so, that was a misnut. julie to matt: "im sorry did i miss your thing [while i was nutting TS?]. Caryn says breakup is coming...

45:30 - Caryn finds a nut. And julie says "it's not you, its me." What, is she stealing George Costanza's material? caryn: "i hate you julie! bitchface. unhappy with her." zing.

51:00 - Buddy QB'd in a state championnship back in the day. and then he still ended up being buddy.

52:00 - it spins for me also.

53:00 - caryn nutted Lyla having to ask Riggins to help pick up buddy.

54:00 - will Lyla and Tim get together again this season? caryn says yes. I agree.

56:00 - caryn wanted to call science teacher coming between Coach and Mrs. Coach earlier. She's officially calling it now. I'm saying it doesnt happen. Mrs. Coach may be alone and tempted, but she will not kiss him.

58:00 - caryn says there will at least be kissing right here with Tyra and Landry.ill say no kissing yet, theyre still just . . . caryn nutted while i was still midsentence of my prediction.
