Heroes Episode 5

1:00 - so, to recollect, i seem to remember hiro stabbing ando. and caryns right we are seeing what happened before. he went to a magicians store! lol.

2:00 - so this is all fun and funny - and i think i semi nutted it last time, its just, superfast girl can move when hiro freezes time, howd he do that all so fast?!

3:00 - wait, im confused. is this Heroes, or Minority Report?

4:00 - great speech claires mom. and now youre gonna help! awwww. as in, "aww could this be any lamer?!"

5:00 - how does mama claire know marionette man?

6:00 - so... this guy is creepy as hell. great villain and way for using power imo.

7:00 - soooo. pretty great scene with Arthur Fearman (needs a cool name already!) and adam.

8:00 - arthurs power was a little weird. first, he seemed to be donig parkman like mind stuff. but adam was totally freaked out. adam musta made arthur mad at some point, prolly how he ended up in a cell next to peter in season 2. then, it seems as tho arthurs power is to suck the lifeforce from somebody else. except, adam sorta cant die (hes like claire), but maybe he can only die ot this power? and, if arthur was all crippled but had this totally rad power, why didnt he use it before? unless, could he only use adam for it? but if he could use it on adam, why didnt he just use it on adam in season 2 when adam was a prisoner? i hpoe they do a godo job explaining this and making it make sense...
CB Note: This is when I nutted that Papa P could take people's abilities. Without his ability, Adam aged to his real age in a matter of seconds (reminiscent of that guy in an episode of Fringe who rapidly aged from conception to death in a matter of hours). Also, I wonder how Arthur got from being dead to being kept minimally alive waiting to get Adam's power.

9:00 - to reiterate, despite my questions, at least the scene was cool.

10:00 - how could linderman be so dumb to think he could make hiro a bad guy?
CB Note: You mean Arthur. Linderman is a figment of Parkman's dad's imagination. They probably want Hiro for other reasons, maybe to kill him? cause he is a danger to them, just like future seeing guy.

11:00 - what's he doing for daphne that she cant leave? what was daphne's nickkname? Dashing Daph?

12:00 - hes not gonna be able to make parkman a bad guy! oh, good catch while i was writing caryn, parkmans dad is there to make her see linderman. i totally forgot that plot point.
CB Note: Newb. Parkman's dad wants Parkman to be a part of it more likely (or once again, just to get him out of the way of their plans).

13:00 - i just recollected that Dashing Daph (DD) is married to parkman in the future. also, should her nickname be 36DD? Big Rack Attack?

14:00 - that suresh scene didnt advance anything at all. it was like they wanted to give me a bathroom break.

15:00 - i like her hair a lot. i like her. i actually love her. maybe as much as VM herself.... plus, DD is actually on the show.

17:00 - suresh is back on tv, im gonna go get a drink. afk 1min.

18:00 - what did he do omg?! like, some big deal is happening, he injected them, who knows with what. and.... i totally dont care. can we just go back to peter daph or hiro? know what this is like... its like having to watch painful Winters family scenes, or Colleen scenes, on YNR... i just totally dont care. this metaphor was brought to you by my friend Zero, new Heroes watcher and blogreader, whose friend pointed out this was like a soap opera for guys. and it is... kinda.... more amber please!

21:00 - how did DD break into level 5 so easily?

22:00 - good think she escaped sylar!

23:00 - total awesomeness - sylar breaking peter out, and now them teaming up... we loves it. however, on this hunger stuff, its totally random, like not a part of his character at all until an episode or 2 ago.

24:00 - great joke ando!

25:00 - Mr African Isaac. lol. still not even close to fire power people though...

26:00 - i nutted hiro getting this shovel smack on the head as soon as he saw that painting, lol.

27:00 - btw, why on earth was hot claires bio mom (also LJs mom on Prison Break Season (without the suck!)) ever with The Prickly Puppeteer.

28:00 - how is this gonna work? claire has NO offensive power.... shes such a dumdum. so is her mom.

30:00 - caryn with a great insight as claires plan falls apart: "just further proving her kim bauerness..." line of the night...

31:00 - nutted it to cb immediately that hiro was gonna get mucked from behind 1min in the past too. still was super funny.

32:00 - daph seems to really hate these bad guys. i wonder what linderman/parkmansdad is holding over her head to make her do this.

33:00 - he called her barbie. he shoulda called her kim... that would just be amazing.

34:00 - i just want to say... that... it would totally be AWESOME if claire killed one of the moms. and, it could be used to explain her fall into villainy..... im waiting with baited breath now.

35:00 - this guy is a GREAT villain. yay for new powers.

36:00 - caryn right now is thinking that claires mom is gonna shoot claire, then claire will heal. to be honest, this is a pretty likely nut.

37:00 - also, shouldnt claires mom actually want to shoot claire? then she'll escape his grasp and she'll get him!
CB Note: Yea but it's still her daughter! She needed to come to terms.

38:00 - 3 trigger pulls sure looked SUSPICIOUS though if you ask me. but the Prickly Puppeteer didnt even seem to notice...

39:00 - Claire submits her own line of the nite: "Show's over....." not bad, but its no "I'm Chuck Bass" or "If you thought that was a long time..." (L2WatchGossipGirl)

40:00 - howd she end up in a coma? wtfs.

41:00 - hey look theyre bringing back that symbol. and its on the pinehearst card. and ... umm. i dont get it.

43:00 - great job claire! now you can use that plan every time - get intentionally caught, then killed, then revive and get the bad guy! hrg, how could you be impressed by that poor planning!

45:00 - well, no elle, but at least we got elle's power?

46:00 - sylar used to think he was really special i think.... oh peter, youre a dumdum.

53:00 - awww. this lil daph and parkman flirting scene is adorable. shes protecting him from her.
55:00 - nice nut on what her heart does caryn.

56:00 - parkman asks what they have over her. i knew they had something over her. counting it as a nut!

57:00 - good scene with hiro and spielberg (get it?) in africa.

58:00 - peter goes invis. we miss clyde!

59:00 - so.... first) i nutted him using that power on peter. second) i thought peter would escape somehow, but he STOLE PETERS POWER AAAA. third) caryn is trying to claim nut status for this thievery, despite not saying it til it was happening. fourth) shes blaming this lack of speaking on, quote "my being a poopyhead earlier." fifth) she has terrifically explained adam's getting pwnt, without his healing/immortality power, he was super old and decomposed.
CB Note: I DID nut it and you WERE a poopyhead!

so, in conclusion, good ending scene, and nice set up for the rest of the season, with peter powerless. i would not however, in nut fashion, that peter is going to reclaim his powers bc future peter had powers to start the season, although maybe that doesn't matter bc future peter changed the future.

on the whole, this season is shaping up better than last season, instead of lots of suck, its closer to 50-50, although i guess in this ep only the suresh scenes were useless. the bad claire plot was saved by puppet guys coolness. and i heart daph. now, just give me my VM already dammit.
